Delivery Information

VapeApe uses DPD for all deliveries to ensure the best possible service for our customers. All parcels are fully insured and include a tracking number.

Shipping Cost & Times

Shipping Cost: We offer a flat delivery rate of £4.50.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed and paid for before 4pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Weekend Schedule: Orders placed after 6pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Sunday for delivery on Monday or Tuesday.

Delivery Speed In 99% of cases, you can expect your delivery within 24 hours of dispatch. However, in the event of unforeseen delays, please allow 1–3 working days.

Stock & Tracking If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You can track your order via the DPD tracking site (a link will be sent to your email upon order confirmation).

Before Placing Your Order Please ensure the following details are correct to avoid delivery issues:

Address: Make sure your delivery address is accurate.

Phone: Ensure your mobile or landline number is correct, as the courier may need to contact you.

Signature: Please ensure someone is available at the address to sign for the parcel.

Receiving Your Delivery When you receive your delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If you are unsatisfied with the condition or have any concerns regarding the contents, please ask the courier to note your comments on the “Delivery Document” before signing.

Returns & Redelivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment for the redelivery has been received.
